Decided, Apr 21: The council voted 15 to 0 on the ORDINANCE appropriating $6,000,000.00 out of Airports Improvement Fund; approving and authorizing contract with ANCHOR ENTERPRISES, LLC, to provide Executive Program Management (EPM) for Major Projects Portfolio Services for the Houston Airport System, providing a maximum contract amount - 8 Years with 1 two-year option. It passed.
