Decided, Aug 25: The council voted 15 to 0 on the ORDINANCE appropriating $5,250,000.00 out of Water & Sewer System Consolidated Construction Fund; approving and authorizing Construction Management and Inspection Services contract with LLOYD, SMITHA & ASSOCIATES, LLC for Wastewater Facilities and Collection Systems Projects; providing funding for CIP Cost Recovery relating to construction of facilities financed by the Water & Sewer System Consolidated Construction Fund. It passed.
