Decided, Jul 28: The council voted 16 to 0 on the ORDINANCE appropriating $106,038,296.40 out of Water & Sewer System Consolidated Construction Fund; approving and authorizing contract with REYTEC CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES INC to provide Construction Services for Intercontinental Airport Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion; setting a deadline for bidder to submit post-bid documents and holding the bidder in default if it fails to meet the deadline; providing funding for Materials and Engineering Testing, Construction Management, CIP Cost Recovery. It passed.
