Decided, May 14: The court voted 4 to 0 on the request by the Office of the Purchasing Agent for approval of an award on the basis of best proposal meeting requirements with MBN ENTERPRISES, LLC and Mc2 Civil, LLC in the amount of $40,000,000 for construction and maintenance of various roadways for Precinct 2, and for the County Clerk to execute any applicable bonds to be received for the budgeted amount (260099), MWBE Contracted Goal: 33%. It passed.
