Decided, Jul 7: The board voted 11 to 0 on the R2026-0191: A Resolution making an award on RQ16299 to Turner Construction Company in the amount not-to-exceed $6,711,780.00 for Phase 1 Design Build Services for Juvenile Court Community Correctional Facility, effective 7/7/2026 through project completion; authorizing the County Executive to execute Contract No. 6252 and all other documents consistent with said award and this Resolution; and declaring the necessity that this Resolution become immediately effective. It passed.
