Decided, Apr 14: The board voted 11 to 0 on the R2026-0092: A Resolution making an award on RQ16306 to Mark Haynes Construction, Inc. in the amount not-to-exceed $13,272,331.60 for the Euclid Beach Connector Trail in the City of Cleveland, effective upon signatures of all parties through project completion; authorizing the County Executive to execute Contract No. 6000 and all other documents consistent with said award and this Resolution; and declaring the necessity that this Resolution become immediately effective. It passed.
