Motion to approve the Terminus contract for a two-year agreement to address the City of Palmetto's audit backlog, in the contracted amount of $420,000, with Terminus required to notify the City if suspected fraud is identified during the course of its work, and to authorize the Mayor to execute all related documents following review by the City Attorney. It passed.
