Decided, Apr 20: The council voted 6 to 1 on the motion to adopt Ordinance 26-04-20, updating Article 1, Solicitors, of Title 5, Chapter 5.36, of the City Code of Ordinances, banning solicitation where visibly prohibited by residences, businesses, and subdivisions, and for other lawful purposes as presented. It passed.
