Decided, Apr 14: The council voted 4 to 1 on the F-3: 110 21st Street Variance - This is a request for a variance to allow construction of an accessory structure (carport) within the front yard area, including encroachment into the required front and northeast (NE) side setbacks, in order to bring the property into compliance with our municipal co. It passed.
